Best brewery in southern Illinois. The Orange Blossom Honey Wheat and Hefeweizen are outstanding! Friendly owner and staff. I've never had anything or any experiences there that aren't good.

The Hefeweizen is off the chain good !! I have had all of their products and they are all good, but I highly recommend the Hefeweizen!

First things first, the beers were flavorful, drinkable and well balanced. You can tell these folks care about the product. The flight is a good cross section but the Porter, Belgian and American Pale Ale stand out.

One of my favorite local breweries. They most recently won Gold for their Hefeweizen. My personal favorite craft beer by them.

We got to know the owners Ken & Jen, and their story was awesome- I love listening to peoples story about how they started brewing--- and these two were so cool....There is definitely a love of beer that this facility exudes. I started off with the Hefeweizen and it was by far one of the best I've had. I thought the flavor of banana shines through perfectly but still had a strong wheat presence. The most interesting part for a brewery like this, was the added addition of a "strawberry juice shot"-- weird I know, but at the same time such a welcome addition. They get this strawberry juice from a local farmer in town, and for $1 you can add the shot to your beer--- I actually really enjoyed it. The pale ale was also extremely solid- these people really know their beer, and it shows. All the beer I tasted was crafted exceptionally well. If you are ever lucky enough to be in the area- stop in!! You will not leave disappointed. I even bought a shirt from there- and we got a free sticker. Do it- stop in.. If you are hop-head like me, or just enjoy beer, you will enjoy it.
