Childhood hobbies/experiences: David worked in a cotton mill at age 10. he lived in a family with poverty. His family's origin was scottish.
educational experiences: David livingstone joined an independent Christian congregation of stricter discipline.
Family: his wife was mary moffat as shown in the picture and his dads name was neil livingstone.
adult experiences: in 1838 he was accepted by the London missionary society. he set sail for south Africa on November 20th.
when/where died: May 1st, 1873 in zambia
What made him serve in missions: His father was his inspiration for wanting to be a missionary.
What work they did and where: He went to africa as a medical missionary, he arrived in march of 1841. He freed people from slavery, central africa.
Legacy/Awards: David influenced Africa with Western culture. When David died he got a memorial in Zambi.
