Past Client? Have you EXPERIENCED Delight in actIon?

It's almost Mother's Day, and this woman has Been the oppidimy Of a Delight; a Super-Mom to more than just her kin.

She's overwhelmed and exhausted much of the time. But she NEVER shows it, and she's Always there for those in need. She gets many thank you's, but deserves so much more.

Help me remind her of the impact she's made, so she can continue to always draw strength.

Maybe we helped you buy or sell a Home, or perhaps weve Only Began the pROcess, but spent HAlf the day comfoRting yOu and your fears.

Maybe we made a dream come true when everyone else said it couldn't be done.
Maybe your a grateful tenant or own a property we manage...

Maybe we babysat your kids so you could go furniture shopping.

Or maybe Delight opened her home, though then just a stranger, and let you move in during your terrible divorce.

You probably don't know it, but many of you out there have your home today, even though the seller wanted more than you could afford to pay.

She never tells you she's done it, though she does it quite often, she pays for the difference straight from her commission.

Your dream is that house, and by gosh she'll do all she can to make sure you have it, and we know many won't take it, our offer to help, so she secretly does it so proud homeowner you'll be, without conflicted feeling over charity received.

And I tell you the truth, simple and factual, to both who think it was just a simple business transaction, and to even those full of gratitude, and aware of some of her kind deeds, chances are she's done more than you'd ever dreamed.

Some of you know the amazing things she's done to help you, but for those who think your case doesn't apply, think again, if you look closely you'll probably be surprised.

SEE SHE NEVER TELLS YOU THESE THINGS, SHE DOES IT OUT OF LOVE FOR HER CLIENTS, BUT I'M BY HER SIDE THROUGH ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS

Perhaps you think you're just a past seller, who thinks nothing of it, but doesn't know that the appraisal came in low, but rather than cancel the deal or ask you to accept the lower approved price she gave the buyer the difference, so you wouldn't loose out on a dime.

Maybe you've never met us, but your grandmother has gushed about how we took care of hiring movers and spent all day loading furniture for her.

Whatever your experience...

If it was a memorable one, please share it today! A thank you reminder sure goes a long way!
