  • Met with engaged couples and lead wedding tastings and wrote up wedding contracts
  • Ran inventory daily to ensure our cases were fully stocked and oversaw registers and money locker.
  • Collaborated with upset customers and made sure they were leaving happy so that they continue to come back to our bakery.
  • Assisted in managing our counter staff by holding practical interviews for possible future employees, assigning chores to our staff, scheduling, and making sure we all communicated effectively with the bakers and decorators for our final product to be 100%.

  • Served customers by assisting them in finding what they need so that they leave happy and continue to shop at our store.
