This shows how Tularecito always dreamed about being normal . This also shows how he always wanted to find his family and find out where he belonged beacause everyone thought he was an animal and didn't belong with them.

Why is this relevant today ?

Knowing that you tried to achieve your dream is better than knowing you didn't try. These days dreams are still applicable to basically everyday life because if you don't try to reach your dreams or goals you're basically thriving to a dead end zone.
