Welcome to Honey Couture Photography (HCP) studio policies. The following policies apply to all photoshoots conducted by HCP in studio and lifestyle settings. For HCP Wedding Policies, please review your contract or contact me directly with any questions.
Honey Couture Photography retains the right to refuse service. If at any time before a session takes place the photographer feels that HCP & the Client are no longer a good fit to work together, a cancellation of services letter will be sent to the client and a refund may be issued at the discretion of the studio.
Session fees are non-refundable in the event that you must cancel your session.
Any session fees paid cover 1 complimentary reschedule which may be applied towards your session or ordering appointment, if you provide 3+ days advance notice. This applies only to session fees and not to weddings. Please contact HCP directly for any rescheduling required. A second reschedule will require a new fee of $150 to be paid. After a second rescheduling, HCP will not accept any further attempts to reschedule and will result in a cancellation of services letter. In this case, all retainers paid are non-refundable.
Your ordering appointment must take place within 30 calendar days of your photoshoot. If 30 days pass, your images will be archived. After 30 days, there is a $150 retainer to reschedule your ordering appointment, plus an additional $50 fee to retrieve your images from archive.
IMPORTANT: Images not purchased are purged immediately after the ordering appointment. Additionally, Honey Couture Photography DOES NOT guarantee backup of purchased or archived photos. HCP retains the right to purge images at any time.
At the time of ordering, the client will sign a contract agreement stating that all sales are final. There is a 24 hour grace period to make any changes to the order. After 24 hours, all order cancellations will result in a forfeiture of any payments made. HCP does not issue refunds.
