Summer of 1989 - I quit my job of 10 years, divorced, and ran off with a country music singer and we traveled the country. We had many adventures and when we landed in Springerville, Arizona 2 months later, we loved it and settled in the area. There, across the state line in Luna, New Mexico, we spent the next almost 20 years living working and playing. We had many adventures along the way.

Summer of 2006 - Our family moved from Luna, New Mexico and came to Ohio to be near family and big Lake Erie water. We always missed the mountains, the arid climate of the Southwest and most of all, our friends. After talking about a return trip for too long, we finally decided to do it.

Summer of 2017 - With our two almost grown children and three dogs we are embarking on an adventure where as a family we will travel the country, mostly re-traveling the original 1989 route.
