Cody Skaggs is a amateur photographer based out of Carroll County Kentucky. He attends Carroll County High School and strives to attend college at Northern Kentucky University.

At the age of seventeen Cody has worked with many local bands and has done photography for social events in locations ranging from Carroll County to Newport Ky. Some of his work has even been featured as band promotion and an album cover.
