Meet our New Fitness Instructors, Danielle and Solange!
Danielle is passionate about empowering others to take charge of their fitness! A Central Michigan University graduate and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Danielle takes a holistic approach to wellness, integrating nutrition counseling, corrective exercise, lifestyle tips and mindfulness techniques into her sessions. She also enjoys helping others stay fit as a Group Exercise Instructor, with certifications in a variety of class styles, including Zumba. When not in the gym, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being crafty, and participating in local theater. Welcome, Danielle!
Solange’s goal for everyone is to provide a safe and honest instruction while following each client’s specific development on what they want to achieve. She began her Fitness Instruction working at the Michigan Athletic Club and East Hills, The Kentwood Athletic Club, Fit Zone, Kentwood Public Schools, and has coached various dance and cheerleading teams throughout the area. Solange has a passion for Aquatic Fitness - teaching classes like Deep Water Body Combat (Kick boxing), various Arthritis Classes, Get Moving (low impact water walking) and Aqua Yoga. Out of the water she teaches Yoga that is taught to help clients stretch, to achieve restorative health and reconnect with their bodies and mind. She has taught many clients at any age and is able to make many adaptations to make poses safe and achievable. Solange lives in Grandville with her Army Veteran husband of 23 years, and their four children. Welcome, Solange!
