Launched in partnership by The Leaders Co-Lab with Tully Mayor Beth Greenwood & The Matilda Joslyn gage foundation – The Women In Politics Co-Lab aims to build on the legacy of women before us, like Matilda Joslyn Gage, to demonstrate that:
- Women working together in politics can catalyze and achieve positive change in today’s complex world.
- Women can lean in more fully to be the bridge-builders, seed-planters, and midwives of transpartisan, conscious, compassionate leadership & collective impact in our democratic process, and in creating a future where all those who follow will thrive and flourish.
Kickoff event! Women In Politics Leading Together...
Join us for lunch followed by a thought-provoking, interactive afternoon program to build awareness and practice new ways of working across boundaries to affect positive change. In this session, we will explore how we can work together to "play a bigger game" and lead collectively.
The Bigger Game is a model that activates and harnesses the natural hunger that people have for more meaning and impact, guiding them toward a clear shared purpose, and moving them into bold action.
Collective Leadership is a way of leading that leverages both the individual and complementary strengths of those in any group or human system to achieve powerful results when aligned by a shared purpose.
