BRADLEY JOMARD NAMED OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK FOR SECOND WEEK IN A ROW

In a 2-0 week, senior Bradley Jomard averaged 20 points, 7.5 assists and five rebounds while shooting 61.9 percent from the field (13-for-21) and 93.3 percent from the free throw line (14-for-15). After a 23-point, seven-assist road performance at Clark where he was 9-for-9 at the free throw line, Jomard tallied 17 points and eight assists in a home win over Emerson on Saturday.

TIM ROBERTS AVERAGES DOUBLE-DOUBLE IN 2-0 WEEK TO BE NAMED CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

In a 2-0 week for the Engineers, senior Tim Roberts again averaged a double-double with 13.5 points and 12.5 rebounds per game while shooting 59.1 percent from the field. He also averaged nine defensive rebounds per game to go along with two total blocks and five steals on the week. Roberts also added two assists per game and now has 13 straight and 15 overall double-doubles on the season.

BOUKE EDSKES GRABS SECOND STRAIGHT SWIMMER OF THE WEEK HONOR

MIT junior Bouke Edskes continued his excellent swimming in the pool against No. 22 Tufts on Friday. He registered an NCAA "B" cut time and the fastest time of the week in Division III in the 400-IM, won two events and placed second in two others. He began his night with the 200-medley relay as his team won in 1:32.55. Individually, Edskes swam his "B" cut in the 400-IM while winning in 4:01.04, before placing second in both the 200-free in 1:42.71 and the 200-back in 1:53.80 as he guided the No. 6 Engineers to a dominant 215.5-80.5 victory over the Jumbos on Friday.

JAY LANG EARNS SIXTH NEWMAC DIVER OF THE WEEK AFTER CAPTURING 3-METER AGAINST TUFTS

MIT first-year diver Jay Lang won the 3-meter board (361.28) and placed second on the 1-meter board (332.80) against No. 22 Tufts on Friday with scores that were well above the qualifying mark for the NCAA Division III Northeast-North Diving Regional. This is Lang's sixth Diver of the Week award this season.

MEN'S 200 MEDLEY RELAY OPENS MEET WITH DOMINANT WIN OVER TUFTS ON FRIDAY

MIT's 200 Medley Relay of Tim Kralj, Brandon McKenzie, Bouke Edskes, and Sam Ubellacker won the 200-medley relay in 1:32.55 to kickoff the meet against No. 22 Tufts on Friday. Not only was their time nearly a second faster than Tufts "A" relay but it began the dual meet that saw the Engineers dominate the Jumbos by a 215.5-80.5 final score.

MAHAFFEY GRABS TWO INDIVIDUAL WINS IN HOME VICTORY OVER TUFTS

Sophomore Hannah Mahaffey won both the 200-fly in 2:07.02 and the 400-IM in 4:35.08 and finished second in the 200-back in 2:10.52 against No. 11 Tufts on Friday as three swims guided the No. 7 Engineers to a 201-99 dual meet win over the Jumbos. Mahaffey's 200-fly and 400-IM were the fastest times in the NEWMAC on the week.

DEBORAH WEN SETS NEW POOL RECORD ON 1-METER IN HOME DUAL AGAINST TUFTS

MIT sophomore diver Deborah Wen registered a first place finish on the 1-meter board with a pool record score and NCAA Diving Regional qualifying score of 320.17 on Friday against No. 11 Tufts. The sophomore also placed second on the 3-meter board with a regional qualifying score of 323.25 as MIT posted a 201-99 team win over the Jumbos.

WOMEN'S 200 MEDLEY RELAY WINS CLOSE BATTLE TO OPEN DUAL MEET AGAINST TUFTS

MIT's 200 medley relay team comprised of Laura Rosado, Sara Nicholas, Olivia McGrath and Lara Ketonen began the meet against No. 11 Tufts by edging the Jumbos' "A" relay team by 0.24-seconds to win in a time of 1:47.58. The win in the first event of the dual meet paced No. 7 MIT to a 201-99 victory over Tufts' and was fourth in the nation on the week.
