There are many opportunities on Liberty University's campus to stay fit.

Lifting weights and participating in physical activities at the gym help students maintain a healthy weight.

Intramural sports are a popular option.

Decrease the rates of obesity, a serious disease, amongst freshmen by including a reward system at Liberty University.
