We can provide full service 4.5% total commission for qualified listings for two reasons:
1. With our volume of settlements and mortgages , Samson Properties does not take any of our commission. We pass the savings to our sellers.
2. We only list quality homes in salable condition (or the seller is willing to put them in salable condition) and priced correctly. By eliminating bad listings we can work more efficiently with good listings and save sellers money.
