Art Therapy Journaling for New Beginnings

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that connects you with your inner self through art in a safe and supportive environment. Art therapy can unlock emotional expression, helping you to process difficult experiences to regain or maintain your wellbeing.

Art Therapy can help you:

  • Communicate inner struggles, explore feelings and gain emotional stability.
  • Gain self-awareness, achieve new insights and increase self-esteem.
  • Manage undesired behavior and addictions.
  • Develop and enhance social skills.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety.

All about Self-Expression

No art skills necessary, every piece is a master piece because we leave pieces of our souls in our art. They are an extension of us and our story.

The classes are healing centered, rather than learning art principles, we foster self-reflection and experimental freedom. You take an active role in the creation of your well-being.

New Year Journaling

Journaling is a great way to self-express and process your day. You can track your progress, emotions and moods. It’s also a great opportunity to enhance your creativity, and practice your artistic skills. Even if you feel you’re not talented, drawing/painting are skills like any others... practice makes better! In the end, what really matters is the story, the emotion behind the artwork!
