  • Contact Us 3.0: Chat messaging and entitlement handling improvements plus Forums integration to better inform the user and improve their experience - released 1/11
  • Product Hub: Add ratings badge to page to allow users to rate content - released 1/11
  • CCL Enhancements: Added Search Suggestions across all HelpX, Feedback badge to new Learn template, and tutorial level control of sub nav links give the user a more consistent experience - released 1/11
  • Customer Search: Change to "Published" date, new product query and tag properties, copyright update, video information added - released 1/11
  • Globalization: Improvements to performance, User Guide template testing, bulk publishing tool enhancements in an effort to refine the loc environment - released 1/11

New functionality

  • Contact Us 3.0: Forums integration within the Contact Us page give the user an chance to specify which Forum suits their needs

  • CCL 2.0 Template: The Y/N Feedback badge has been added to the template to provide a way for the user to send feedback on content usefulness

  • CCL template "head links" override: The subnav links (e.g. "Overview" and "Buy Now") destinations can now be changed at a tutorial level so that unique product requirements can be implemented
Learn template sub nav links are now authorable at the tutorial level
