Did you know: specifically, female soccer players have a 85% chance of tearing their anterior cruciate ligament by 16 if they have not started on a consistent injury prevention and functional training program by 12?!

The FemmeDge program is Specifically deSigned to address any anD all weaknesses And needs necessary to not only improve perFormance Expontentially, but to reduce the Chance of injury, ESpecially acL injUries!

This first and only, all female program in the Bay Area, which includes TWO SESSIONS per week, one focusing on functional soccer strength and power development as well as injury prevention in a premier high performance facility. The other, on the field, emphasizing soccer specific absolute speed, explosive acceleration, and multidirectional speed performance as well as technical skill development

Each participant in the program will receive a Functional Movement Screen-used for assessing movement and strength weaknesses to highlight potential for injury- in order to help tailor the FemmEDGE program to your female athletes needs!

A LITTLE INFO ABOUT COach gina Woodward,CSCS,XPS

Coach Gina playing against Liverpool, a prestigious, English women’s premier league team (#4)

Coach Gina received a Scholarship to play soccer at the University of California at Berkeley and went professional while in college at the age of 20. Gina went on to play for the Bay Area Breeze, formerly the only professional women’s team in California. Coach Gina still plays but is now a Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS). Gina specializes in performance development, injury prevention, and functional, sport specific biomechanical development. Coach Gina has a passion for helping young female athletes reach their potential by focusing on their biomechanical needs and performance improvements
