My Father's Miracle by- the slump god

The book is about a child and his grandfather who loves to go fishing, they would go every summer. While they were fishing the grandfather would always talk about how he first came to Chicago and how he had to make his own house. Next summer, The child's dad didn't come home because he still had to work, they were both sad. Most time, every time the child's dad would come home and on the special day like Christmas and new years day he would come not. The Child would always go fishing with his grandfather. The grandfather would talk to them about how he came to Chicago. The next 2 days on the newspapers it said that they reversed to the Chicago river and you can ride to the Mississippi river.
