Exhibit #6 Goals

These were my top ten core values. This is when it got really difficult but eye-opening. My professor told us to pick the five out of those we valued the most. It took a lot of time to decide. I loved this activity because it really challenged me.
This is my top five core values. I thought this was difficult to pick and then my professor asked us to only pick ONE out of those! I really had to think about this but the one I picked really describes who I am and what I like to show to others!
Out of all the different attributes one values, this is the one I value the most. I love to be loved and to show love to others.

This was a lot more difficult then I thought it was going to be. I really had to think about what was important to me. I figured out a lot of things about myself. It was good to see what was not important to me so I know do not have to worry about what trying to fit those things in my life.

Goals: I have some goals that match up with my top five values.

Friendship: I want to make life-long friends in college. I really value friendships and i can not wait to see what great friends I make

Family: I value family also. I love my family and I am so close with them and another one of my goals is to have a loving family of my own one day.

Loved: I want to be loved by others and I want to love others and treat them good. Being accepted and loved by others is something I value greatly.

Self-Acceptance: I want to love myself the way God loves me. I also want to see myself the way God sees me because I can be extremely hard on myself at times.

Monogamy: I want to find a person who I love with unwavering love. My dream is to marry my soulmate and start and life with that one person. I am hoping God will put him in my life and I will undoubtedly know that is the person He has for me.

Long-Term Goal:

Friendship would be my long-term because I always want to make friends. In college I want to have loving friends but I also want to make friends in my future career and many other places. I always want to have growing relationships.

Short-Term Goal:

Family would be my short-term goal because I have a family right now and I want to always have them and to love and be loved by them. Family also could be a long-term goal because eventually one day I want to start a family of my own, but right now I would consider it a short-term goal.

Action Plan for Long-Term and Short-Term Goal:

I plan to always be open to new relationship and not to judge a book by its cover. I want to be accepting of everyone. Also, I always want to have a relationship with my family because I love them so much. My family and I are so close, so I never want to lose that.
