Welcome to Change Me.

We are a private fitness club which is located in Contern, Luxembourg. We offer personal training on a very exclusive basis. Our highly qualified personal trainers are passionate about health and fitness, and through their work they will inspire and encourage you to develop healthy habits and routines. They help you to set realistic goals, and ultimately achieve them.

The sessions will challenge you, but they are fun, tailored to suit exactly what you need to archive your goals, wether it is increase strength, improve fitness or weight loss.

Joao Fernandes – Manager and Personal Trainer
It is always possible until its done

Retired from 25 years in the Special Forces of the Portuguese Army, Joao Fernandes will make you fit if you want it or not. He is a certified LesMills trainer of BodyAttack®, BodyCombat®, BodyJam®, Sh'Bam®, Cx-Worx® and LesMills Tone® but has also many formations as a personal trainer. Of course he is also a certified EMS trainer.

Pit Bauler – Personal Trainer

Pit is a certified A-licence Personal Trainer and certified EMS instructor. He will make you as fit as you decide to be. He speaks luxembourgish, german, french and english.

Our certified EMS trainers adapt the exercise program individually to each fitness level so that no one feels excessive strain. A built in measurement function in our EMS devices shows the current intensity in real time in order to keep the EMS user safe.

Group classes

Pilates is a mat or equipment based exercise discipline focused on improving posture, balance, core strengthen and stability. If done correctly, this series of low impact stretching and conditioning, low repetition exercises helps in the prevention and treatment of back pain and strengthening of core muscles. BIt increases flexibility, strengthens your core and lower back muscles, releases and strengthens joints, longer and leaner muscle tone, gives you the correct posture. And it’s fun!

Yoga is a practice that involves a continuous flow of postures. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

Equilibrium is a Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility & strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses provides a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

It's a 30-minute core workout that tones your legs, bum and tum, exercising your core muscles, increasing your strength and stability. Using your body weight, plates and resistance bands, you will work your abs, glutes, upper arms, thighs and lower back.

Wellness

Our beautiful little finnish-style sauna (included in the price) will be reserved for you during one hour after your training. If you wish you will be served a cool beverage like water, a fresh smoothie or even a crémant.

Sweating is necessary for ridding the body of unwanted substances that we unknowingly expose it to every day, including cleaning and beauty products. When your body is exposed to the steam of sauna, white blood cells are produced at a more rapid rate, aiding in the protection against illness.

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live in.

When your body heat is raised in a sauna, endorphins – the “feel good drug” – are naturally produced by the central nervous system, allowing you to de-stress. They also work to release stress by deeply relaxing muscles and removing tension stored in various places throughout the body. Sleep quality has also been shown to improve as a result of the calming effects of a sauna.
