Are You Eating Healthy?! "its not a goal, its a way of living"

Eating healthy prevents you from certain types of health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure or types of cancers. It also helps you to keep a healthy weight. The healthy foods you eat have several different types of nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy, active, and strong.
This is the food guide. This helps you to know how much servings you should eat everyday. There are some examples of each product and how much a serving is for a food. It is important to try follow this because it does help you to improve healthy habits, provides dietary guidance, and act as a reminder for you to eat healthy. This doesn't always work in some ways but its there to help you to try to be healthy.

What Happens When You're Unhealthy?

Well, the short term effects could be stress, lack of energy, weight gain and nutritional deficiencies. As well as those health problems such as obesity, diabetes and heart diseases. If you like to play sports outside a lot, you would probably do a poor performance, have a long recovery, experience an immune suppression, and you would get tired a lot. All due to you not feeding yourself the nutrients you need. Hmm would you want that to happen to you? No of course! So start eating healthy!

But, What Happens When You Eat Healthy?

Eating healthy has a lot of good benefits for us. Cutting down on junk food creates energy for your body. Which, if you like to do sports activities you are likely to excel more and have a lot of energy to keep going. You could also have an ideal healthy weight which includes losing weight, your skin starts to look amazing, lessen the chance of you getting health problems and it just makes you feel way more stronger. See, eating healthy has a lot of benefits for you this is why its such a good thing!
