The Pyramids were built as tombs for ancient kings also known as Pharaohs. Over the course of Ancient Egypt over 130 Pyramids were built. They are one of the 7 wonders of the world that are still standing.
The Sphinx is Mythical creature that has the head of a human and the body of a lion. We do not know who built the Sphinx or when it was built. The Sphinx is carved from bedrock and is one of the largest and oldest statues standing today.
The Ancient Egyptian Sarcophaguses were made to house the Pharaohs in their death. Pharaohs were placed in the Pyramids which were rigged with traps that would keep grave robbers out.
Some of the Animals of Ancient Egypt include the Camel, certain breeds of Cats, the Basenji, and the Dugong. Cats were very important to the Ancient Egyptians.
Hieroglyphics were used for sacred text while Demotic Script was used for contracts and other things along those lines. There were around 1,000 symbols in the Ancient Egyptian text.
