Weekly Update - COVID-19 April 3, 2020

SPRING BREAK IS HERE!

This "version" of Spring Break is much different than any of us could have expected, but I hope staff and students will take time to disconnect from regular duties and recharge to finish the year. Our 12-month employees (school admin, the College Team, the Discipline Team, and the Office Team) can be reached and you should expect a typical response. Teachers will resume normal remote learning hours on April 13th.

For more information, or if you have questions, please reach out to our Dean of Discipline, Tony Ayala: aayala@butlercollegeprep.org.
“I don’t want anybody to take from this conversation that the light’s at the end of the tunnel. It’s a pinprick, not a light,” Lightfoot said at a Wednesday afternoon news conference. "We’ve got to stay diligent. Stay at home. Save lives. Continue to do the things that we’ve been preaching for the last two weeks. Otherwise, any progress that we’ve made, will be evaporated.” -Mayor Lightfoot

Noble is doing its best to combat the digital divide. As we promote remote learning, we also aim to help parents and families eliminate the barriers that might prevent learning - namely access to tech. If such a barrier exists for your Noble student(s), please inform your student's adviser.

The Quarter 3 grading period has ended. As such, advisers emailed report cards home to parents at the end of this past week. If you have questions about specific grades, please contact that teacher. For general questions about report cards, reach out to your student's adviser or our Dean of Students, Paul Hobson (phobson@butlercollegeprep.org).
