Intent to Return

As a School of Choice with limited seats, all families must complete an Intent to Return each year to ensure their student's slot for the following year. Families not completing this form by February 28th will not have a guaranteed slot at JPEC for the 2020-2021 school year, and will have to reapply as new students. We've digitized the form to make it as easy as possible to complete. Please see the front desk if you have any questions.
