Technosoft’s healthcare business unit is vital to our company’s strategic growth ambitions. As we approach the end of this year, I wanted to reflect upon our recent progress as we prepare for success in the coming year.
- Closed a new RCM deal with a midsize RCM firm in Boise, ID. The customer contact is also a leader of the HBMA organization. Hence, doing a great job on this account will lead to referrals and positive exposure with other healthcare billing companies.
- Our successful transition of a health plan BPM client started in mid-2016 and has exceeded the client’s expectations.
- A large hospital system in Michigan recently committed to scaling-up the IT work that we do from them. This greatly improves our position to win RCM business with this hospital in 2017.
To accelerate our momentum, we are investing in additional sales hunting resources. We recently hired a Business Development professional for the hospital and large Provider space (begins on January 3, 2017). We’ll also be adding additional sales resources for the Provider and Payer markets in early Q1 2017.
