Technosoft was selected as a lead vendor for IT initiatives by a Large Midwest Payer. We prevailed after a comprehensive RFP and evaluation process. Technosoft was designated as a lead vendor for statement of work based IT initiatives ranging from:

  • Applications Development (web and mobile based)
  • Applications Maintenance & Support
  • Independent Testing
  • Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Project Management Office
  • Infrastructure Management in a wide variety of technologies

The client selected us from a crowd of large IT service companies based on our unique and well proven global delivery model.

We are so proud of everyone that contributed to this significant win. Special thanks are extended to Poornakala's team for going above and beyond to ensure that our RFP response was thorough and professional. Poornakala's team has been very productive this year and played a key role in Technosoft's success at winning business from over 40 proposals spanning 7 customers.

Holiday Video

This year, Technosoft made a holiday video to wish our customers and prospects a joyous holiday season. A number of Technosoft employees participated in the video to help show our customers the spirit of Technosoft. We really appreciate everyone's help putting this together!

Technosoft’s healthcare business unit is vital to our company’s strategic growth ambitions. As we approach the end of this year, I wanted to reflect upon our recent progress as we prepare for success in the coming year.

  • Closed a new RCM deal with a midsize RCM firm in Boise, ID. The customer contact is also a leader of the HBMA organization. Hence, doing a great job on this account will lead to referrals and positive exposure with other healthcare billing companies.
  • Our successful transition of a health plan BPM client started in mid-2016 and has exceeded the client’s expectations.
  • A large hospital system in Michigan recently committed to scaling-up the IT work that we do from them. This greatly improves our position to win RCM business with this hospital in 2017.

To accelerate our momentum, we are investing in additional sales hunting resources. We recently hired a Business Development professional for the hospital and large Provider space (begins on January 3, 2017). We’ll also be adding additional sales resources for the Provider and Payer markets in early Q1 2017.

I’d like to thank our outstanding healthcare delivery teams for your critical role in building this important momentum. Your efforts have established Technosoft’s reputation for quality, innovation and commitment to helping clients achieve their business objectives.

As we head into 2017, I have never been more confident in our ability to succeed together as we grow our healthcare BPM business.

Chennai Cyclone

A powerful cyclone hit Chennai this month and we are very impressed with members of our BPM team who went above and beyond to make it to work to organize and provide exceptional services. The office in Coimbatore not only kept working, but worked overtime and weekends to offset lost production time in Chennai. Our key healthcare BPM customers appreciated how our business continuity process (BCP) worked as promised.

We thank you all for your exceptional effort during this challenging time. We'd like to extend special appreciation for the efforts of our IT infrastructure team lead by Badari Prasad and Admin team lead by Cmdr Amar Mahadevan for keeping our business running and productive during this challenging time.
