My first fact is that on Halloween at a high school two people thought that it would be funny to put toilet paper everywhere.
My other fact about the cow tower is that those same bad teenagers tried to put a cow up in there bell tower. Then the cow got stuck on the stairs! then they ran away. Then the next morning the principal heard a noise so he looked everywhere but he could not find where the noise was coming from. Then he went to the bell tower then he saw a cow!
Then the principle said who ever did this come up know no one came up and no one still dose not know who it was.
