CTE Expo 2019 Studio 701

The 2019 CTE Expo was a huge success with numerous career technical programs featured throughout the Poway Unified School District. Programs spanning from robotics to theatre were displayed at this year's expo. All the students showcased their skills developed from pathways throughout the school year.

Students were able to interact with the general public who attended the expo to learn more about the CTE programs available through the district. This year, Sony Electronics was generous enough to host the third annual event at their Rancho Bernardo headquarters.

All the groups educated the attendees about their individual goals and achievements. Each program is designed to advance students' learning to achieve the district's goal of college and career readiness.

Many district officials were present at the event, including PUSD Superintendent Dr. Marian Kim-Phelps, who addressed the crowd about the importance of business partners and community support.

The Studio 701 interns worked hard to capture the annual event, conducting interviews and taking photos and video.
