WE NEED MORE SLEEP By Denio Siu

I propose that school should start at 8:15, which would give students an extra hour to wake up and prepare for the school day. According to scientific research, the student brain doesn't wake up until 10AM, which is far more ahead than the time we should be at school which is 7:15AM. Students need as much sleep as necessary in order for them to function normally, to do well in school and be as productive as they can be.

Benefits of sleeping more!

The benefits of sleeping more allows you to wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day. Waking up takes time to occur while you need to capture your thoughts and ready yourself up for the day. Having the students to wake up super early isn't good for their health, mentally.
