Summer Strength & Agility Camp July 10th - July 14tH, 2017


DESCRIPTION: One week summer camp designed to focus on building a foundation of movement for strength and agility skills. The workouts will consist of movement training, strength training, agility drills and mobility drills with a focus on proper technique. By the end of the week, each young boy and girl will have an understanding of the follow:

  • Proper Warm-Up
  • Proper Cool-Down
  • Techniques to Aid Recovery - Nutrition, Hydration, and Sleep
  • Sound Foundation for Squatting, Lunging, and Deadlifting
  • Proper Technique for Jumping and Landing

DATE: July 10th - July 14th, 2017

TIME: 9:00AM to 11:00AM Monday through Friday

PRICE: $325.00 for the week

AGE RANGE: 10 years of age or older
