WHO ARE THE MIGOS

The Migos are a three person group from Atlanta. Who grew up knowing each other. They started making music when they were in the 7th grade. But didn’t take it serous till their senior year. Although their name wasn’t always Migos. When they first came out in 2009, they went by the name Polo Club. One year later they became Migos.

Most people know them by their stage names, Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff. But really Quavo’s real name is Quavious Marshall, Offset’s real name is Kiari Cephus, and Takeoff’s name is really Kirshnik Ball. Quavious is Kiari cousin. And Kirshnik is Quavious nephew. So the group known as Migos is a family affaire.

Quavo and Offset were both arrested. Quavo was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm and carrying a weapon in a school zone also a misdemeanor marijuana charge. Offset was given two felonies possession of a firearm by convicted felon, carrying a weapon in a school zone and two misdemeanors. Several members of Migos' entourage were also booked. Quavo and Offset remain in custody pending a bond hearing.
