A restaurant manager is someone who is the face of a restaurant and whose main responsibilities are to deal with the customer service issues as well as to ensure that the food quality coming out of the kitchen is the best it can be. He or she deals with any staffing issues and ensures that everything runs as smoothly and profitably as possible.

A private chef prepares at-home meals for clients in private households. They also provide a professional service offering meal preparation to clients for a fee. Also save their own food. Some personal chefs work on a self-employment basis, while others find jobs though a company that offers an in-home cooking service.

Why do you want to become a restaurant manager and private chef?

I want to become a restaurant manager because i love food and I love cooking food for family and friends. I've been wanting to have my own restaurant since I was a little girl, knowing that I can handle the pressure from customers and people investigating my restaurant. I've been cooking since I was a little girl and getting help from my one and only lovely mother. Cooking defines me and how I can put things on a plate without my mom holding my hand telling me "no do this" or" no Jada! Do it like this!". Cooking is my sense of style and you never know might find a man that loves how I struck my stuff in the kitchen.

I've also been wanting to become a private chef my whole life. I've been inspired by the one and only Gordon Ramsay and how it shows how it likes it. When I'm always cooking I have his voice in my head saying " that's pitiful try it again! You got this" or " good job that's fantastic!" Gordon Ramsay has the style that nobody else has, he thinks outside the box and that's how I like things. Being a private chef is my dream and forever be my dream.
