STUDIO Smoking Mirrors Collection
My technical knowledge with use of light and positioning will capture you at the right angle and have you looking your best at all times. We provide the final images in low resolution and printed images are provided in high resolution.
Before booking a Smoking Mirrors Collection shoot, it is 100% necessary to have a Discovery Session with Sam (me) to make sure we are on the same page. Designing and planning is the key to the amazing end result and my FOCUS is on what you want from the photoshoot, so detail is important to discuss.
EXPLORING FOR THE DREAM LOCATION
Can't make it to Studio PhotoHunter or feel more comfortable in your own environment ? Maybe you want to find a location that suits your Smoking Mirrors shoot. If this is the case, please consider travel when seeking your very cool shooting area.
ADVANCED EDITING
Advanced editing is applied to all images as this is what separates Smoking Mirrors from anything else.
PhotoHunter are like no other and the inspiration from your shoot will definately be envied by all.
Designing your overall look is a load of fun because it's all about YOU and your style. The discovery session can help your vision come to life with everything you need to know.
POSING IS EASY
Stiff or flexible... it doesn't matter. What matters is that you are you and you're comfortable with it. My posing advice will guide you to something that suits the style of your shoot.
Most of us cringe at the idea of posing for photos, but you can relax with PhotoHunter. If you are not a natural or you have not been practicing your amazing smile in front of the mirror, leave it up to us. This will not be a click and flick experience. We are passionate about our photography and want the best for you. We will have you feeling comfortable and confident in no time, working the lighting and angles to give you the professional image you are looking for.
CLOTHING
Depending on the style of your shoot, this option is absolutely open to be as creative as you like. Feeling comfortable and ensure everything fits you properly as it will show in the photos.
DRESS UP TIME
This is the fun part.... Choosing what to wear should come easy as the picture in your head already speaks of style which makes the dress ups' a fun optional process. That may sounds confusing, however, we do aim for at least 2 outfits and no more than 4.
I love this part of choosing what to wear as my creative brain gets thinking from the moment you share your visual thoughts with me. I warn you now, I do get a little bit excited with this process, so please know I'm also having a fun experience.
The easiest way is to show up with a suitcase full of fun and adventurous outfits to explore the performing side of YOU or to be someone else completely. That's the beauty of Smoking Mirrors Collection.
Accessories such as jewellery and props will be the final touches to the Dress Up's. All I can say about accessories is you can never bring too many.
SCHEDULING AND PAYMENTS
We are available for shooting Monday to Friday and we usually begin our sessions around 10am. Be aware that the sessions time does not include hair and make up. We do ask that you be flexible with time and allow a minimum of 3 hours and allow plenty of time for a longer session to ensure a stress-free quality experience.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required no later than one week prior to your session booking date to secure your session. Please be advised that your session booking will be forfeited if payment is not received by this time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

High Res images are an additional $50 per image - unless you order prints. (then they are provided in high res as well as the print.)
Additional images - advanced editing $100 per image
ALBUMS are discuses at the time of booking. Prices start from $940 for a 20 page leather bounded personalised cover. Album photos are all included in the album price.
Time taken for the discovery session and the designing time is 100% complimentary.
