Welcome to the beautiful island of Galapagos. Galapagos is considered one of the world's foremost destination for wildlife viewing! This island was the inspiration of Charles Darwin's structure theory. The Galapagos Islands is a volcanic archipelago in the Pacific Ocean.

In the Galapagos Islands there are a few animals that can be found nowhere else except the island. A few of these are marine Iguanas, Sea Snakes, Sea Turtles, and giant Tortoises.

The Galapagos Islands were discovered in 1535 when father Tomas Berlanga, the bishop of Panama sailed to Peru to settle a dispute between Francisco Pizarro and his lieutenants after the conquest of the Incas.
