Tickets
  • If tickets are available, they can be purchased online at ClemsonTigers.com, at the Ticket Office or by calling 1-800-CLEMSON.
  • Anyone selling tickets must be 200 feet from any gate and the IPTAY/Ticket Office. The Ticket Office is not responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased outside of the stadium and does not guarantee the legitimacy of such tickets. Buyer beware!
  • Anyone with ticket issues on gameday may visit the Athletic Ticket Office, located in the IPTAY Center beside Gate 9 of Memorial Stadium. An additional ticket resolution center is located at the ticket booth at Gate 1 for patrons with ticket issues on gameday.
  • Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Ticket Office (Gate 9) 3 hours prior to kickoff.
  • IPTAY and the Ticket Office will open three hours prior to kickoff. The IPTAY Office will close 30 minutes before kickoff and the ticket Office will close at halftime.
  • Children ages two and younger do not require a ticket for admission. Any person three years or older must have a ticket.

Shuttles from Parking Lots: If you need assistance getting to the stadium, look for the pickup locations designated by the tall white poles with the blue stripe.

Golf Carts: Golf cart placards are only provided to individuals who are working personnel. Golf carts without a placard are not permitted near the stadium. Personal golf cart use is highly discouraged and is not permitted near the stadium. Golf carts will be removed at the owner's expense.

Gates & Clear Bag Policy
Clear Bag Policy for Memorial Stadium

Stadium Entry:

  • In an effort to enhance the security of fans attending Clemson football games in Memorial Stadium, all bags will be searched upon entry. All visitors to Memorial Stadium must adhere to the venue’s clear bag policy. All fans with bags will be directed to bag check entry lines at each stadium gate where bags will be checked by designated and easily recognized Memorial Stadium event staff. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. For the most efficient and quickest entry into Memorial Stadium, officials recommend that fans arrive at least 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
  • ADA entrances are located at Gates 1, 5 and 13.
  • GATES OPEN TWO HOURS PRIOR TO KICKOFF.
  • All tickets are scanned upon entry, so please arrive early to avoid any delays.
  • Children ages two and younger do not require a ticket for admission. Any person three years or older must have a ticket.

Recommended Entrances:

  • Lower Deck Ticket Holders - Enter at Gates 1, 5, 9, 11, or 13
  • Upper Deck Ticket Holders - Enter at Gate 16 (south) or Gate 20 (north)
  • North Suite Ticket Holders - Enter at Gate 6 or Gate 20
  • South Suites / South Club Ticket Holders - Enter at Gate 16

Official Merchandise:

The official Clemson Tigers Team Store is located in the WestZone connected to the Oculus on the ground level. Memorial Stadium also features several novelty stand locations: four in the lower deck, two in the upper deck and several temporary locations throughout the athletic district.

MEMORIAL STADIUM INFORMATION

  • Customer Service – Event staff and law enforcement officers are located at gates, portals and throughout Memorial Stadium and are available to answer questions and help resolve issues. Clemson is committed to providing guests with a friendly, service-oriented approach that will help promote a positive Clemson experience for all fans.
  • First Aid & Medical – First Aid stations are located on the South side under Section J, North Side under Section T, North Top Deck under Section K, and South Top Deck under Section E. Trained nurses are on hand. If a doctor is needed, ask any usher. For emergencies, call 911.
  • Lost & Found – Report any item to the Gate 11 information booth. All items will be transported to the CUPD office after the game.
  • Prohibited Items – Alcoholic Beverages, Artificial Noisemakers, Backpacks, Bags larger than 12’’x6’’x12’’ (all bags must be clear), Banners, Chairbacks with Arms, Coolers, Flags, Laser Pointers, Outside Food or Beverage, Umbrellas, Video Cameras, Weapons of any kind, and anything else deemed inappropriate by Clemson Athletics.
  • No Smoking – Clemon's campus is tobacco free, including Memorial Stadium. In addition, please also refrain from the use of e-cigarettes inside the stadium.
  • No Solicitation – Solicitation for any purpose is prohibited in Memorial Stadium as well as the surrounding campus.
  • Sportsmanship – Clemson fans are reminded to always be “Solid Orange.” Solid Orange is a sportsmanship campaign that states: “Our actions honor our University, traditions, teams, performance, people, and each other.” Clemson fans take pride in sportsmanship and hospitality to our visitors and fellow fans. Clemson fans also celebrate “Solid Orange Fridays" by wearing orange every Friday along with wearing orange to all Clemson sporting events. The NCAA, ACC, and Clemson University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Also, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Tiger Tracker – Tiger Tracker is Clemson’s gameday child identification system to quickly reunite lost or separated children with their family or guardians. Youth-sized wristbands are available at all stadium guest services, The Tiger Tailgate Show and IPTAY/ticket office. Wristbands can be filled out to contain seat location and contact information. In the event that a child becomes separated from his or her family or guardians, uniformed officers will use information on the wristband to quickly reunite the child with his or her chaperone.
  • Stadium Issues Texting Service - Fans needing assistance in the stadium can text "Clemson" followed by the issue and their location to 69050.
