The program is intended for renters that, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, have had a reduction of hours, temporarily laid off, or lost their job. The program is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first step is filling out the interest form located HERE. Once staff has reviewed the interest form and determined that you meet the initial requirements, a city staff member will contact you to proceed with the next step in filling out the application and submitting the required documentation. The income limits for this program can be found below. For more information about the program, visit the COVID-19 grants website.

The City Council reserved $323,760 for a Small Business Assistance Program providing financial support for businesses with 25 employees or less, including the owner. The business must retain one employee or create one position for an employee that lives in a household that does not exceed the income limits below. The first step is filling out the interest form located HERE. Eligible applicants will be contacted to fill out an application and submit required documentation. The city will be performing an audit to ensure funds are spent in accordance to federal regulations. Any ineligible use of the grant funds will be required to be paid back to the city.
