High levels of regular Physical Activity will decrease the risk of getting bowel cancer by 40%
Eat a diet high in fibre - it provides protection against Bowel Cancer.
Garlic, foods high in calcium and getting adequate amounts of Vitamin D, has been proven to prevent cancers
