Remember the Titans

The September installment of the 2019 Innovation & Cinema series leaves it all on the field with the heart-tugging blend of sports and drama in “Remember the Titans.”

Set in 1971 Virginia, this is a true story of a newly integrated high school and the African-American coach (Denzel Washington) appointed to bring its football team together. More than a tale of sportsmanship, “Remember the Titans” also shows the team’s touching impact on its community.

“Doors” will open at 6:30 pm with popcorn and additional food for purchase from Camel City Grill. Please note the movie will begin approximately one hour later.

Parking is available in the Link Apartments Parking Deck, located at 530 N. Patterson Ave. Innovation & Cinema is presented in partnership with a/perture cinema.
