Alex Morgan, a Olympic gold medalist, FIFA Women's World Cup champion. Born on July 2, 1989, in San Dimas, California. Morgen was raised with her two older sisters Jeni and Jeri in the nearby suburb of Diamond bar located approximately 30 miles east of Los Angeles. She played multiple sports growing up, and began playing soccer at a young age. In her early teenage years she had decided to concentrate most on soccer, and the focus started to pay off. Eight years later, when as the youngest player on the USA's 2011 Women's World Cup roster she played a major role off the bench. She finished in 2012 with 28 goals, 21 assists, and a game winning goal in the 123 minutes of the semifinals against Canada 🇨🇦

Off the field Morgan joined up with Simon & schuster to write a middle-grade book entitled the kicks. The first book was called saving the team debuted as the number seven on the New York Times best seller in may 2013, Over a million people bought and enjoyed the book.

This year she's signed a six year contract to play with the world renowned Olympique Lyonnais soccer club in conclusion of her 2k16-17 season. She will be leaving her husband Servando and her family behind (and her dog Blue). She hopes to become the best player in the United States ,even the best player in the world. Since playing with Lyon she's had, 16 goals in 12 games, this season and 186 since joining the team.
