Apples are a good source of Vitamin A which helps fight off infections. Iron, zinc, copper, phosphorus, calcium and potassium help with heart rate and blood pressure which happen to be found in apples. Apples can be called a "super fruit".
Strawberries have a decent amount of biotin which, helps with slowing down the aging process. Anthocyanins in strawberries help boost your short term memory. The flavonoids (responsible for the color and taste of the strawberries) help reduce the risk of heart disease.
Bananas have tryptophan which helps with depression. The fiber in bananas help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Bananas include calcium, meaning bananas make your bones strong.
Mangoes contain Vitamin C and Vitamin A which help slow down the aging process. Mangoes are sometimes called "The King of Fruits". The Vitamin A in Mangoes also help with your vision. The fiber in mangoes help with digestion.
