It's A relaxING, comfy SATURDAY MORNING
I'm tired of bread, cereal and eggs I have for breakfast every morning. Looking at fresh vegetables in the refrigerator, I came up with an idea: why not make a special brunch -- KOREAN TOFU STEW.
I prepared ingredients
I washed and cut those ingredients which are easy to purchase at every supermarket in the states.

Before putting other ingredients into the pot, I put the pork first. It makes nutritious and tasty soup.
Now, the most important part -- adding the Tofu
Cut the tofu into cubes and put them into the prepared soup.
Quite easy, isn't it?
Oops, a small mistake. I had a lot of clean-ups to do after my brunch.
While making the stew, I also cooked rice at the same time.
The tofu stew looks and smells so great. I just couldn't wait to taste it.
