- Flour
- Butter
- Powder Suger
- 2 cooked yolks
- 2 yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of marmalade
Put flour, baking powder, 2 yolks, 2 cooked yolks, and butter in a large bowl.
Mix the ingredients.
Put flour on the table and roll out the dough.
Cut out cookie .
Get a smaller cookie cutter and cut out the middle of the dough.
Place on a baking sheet and put egg wash on the inside of the cookie
Put marmalade on the inside of the cookie.
Place in the oven at 360 F and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Take out cookies and let the cool.
Put powder sugar on them.
