What we do

We are experienced providers of social media services to a range of clients including consumer, national charities and NGOs, events, retail parks and newspaper groups.

Trusted by brands

The National Craft & Design Fair's annual gift guide is their primary means of impressing both visitors and stall-holders.

We distribute the gift guide via Facebook and it is one of our most popular posts.

We stay in regular contact with both local managers and head office planners to support our retail parks' sales and promotions.

We use the latest Facebook ad tools to distribute brochures, flyers and catalogues for Fairco Windows & Doors in Santry.

We also use Facebook's lead generation tools to arrange quotes and call-backs with sales staff.

Every year we entertain an audience of enthusiastic panto fans, running competitions and driving ticket sales on Facebook.

Lifestyle destination store The Orchard in Celbridge has grown its email newsletter subscribers using our Facebook competition app.

As a new entrant into the market in Christmas 2015, it was vital that Toys R Us were able to compete with the established retailers.

Like Fairco, we used Facebook to distribute coupons and catalogues across the country, reaching into people's homes at a fraction of the cost.

Facebook is also the ideal tool to promote events, like an annual members' family day out.

Over 1,800 people subscribed to the TRU launch party, with over 10,000 visiting the retail park on opening day.

We used a Facebook competition app to grow the TRU email list from the ground up.

Media clients

Working with Celtic Media Group, we advise seven regional newspaper titles that reach in excess of 1,000,000 people on Facebook each week.

Over the past three years we have developed CMG into the top performing regional news group in the country. Under our direction, the group has developed new streams of content including online video, commercial competitions and a Facebook Live streaming channel.

CMG titles now create video from local events using only their smartphones.
The group posts weekly competitions that drive engagement and increase their following.

Trusted by brands

MediaConsult are trusted by major brands to speak on their behalf and in their tone of voice.

Retail parks are home to a variety of businesses, which means it is necessary to change your tone to suit each different outlet and their audience.

NUK are one of the world's leading babycare brands. They are also a source of expert advice for parents with young children. When speaking to an audience of parents about the health and well-being of their child, it is important to maintain a trustworthy tone.

Ireland’s first Real Estate Investment Trust, Green REIT has been listed on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges since July 2013. When it comes to publicly-traded companies, every tweet matters.

“MediaConsult bring a combination of innovative thinking and proven strategies to social media and web management, consistently delivering superb results in both public and media engagement.” Michelle Ang, Green REIT.

Social media management

We take a consistent approach to managing social media output for our clients. Each post will be in line with brand guidelines and image, and each post will advance the client's message in a meaningful way. We will not post frivolous material that is unrelated to the client's activities.

We are experts at amplifying your news to reach the maximum audience possible. We will maintain a regular editorial calendar to ensure nothing slips through the net and your message makes the maximum impact.

However, there is more to social media management than simply posting content to Facebook. Our social media management services include the following...

  1. Social media strategy development
  2. Update your branding
  3. Create a content calendar
  4. Schedule posts in advance
  5. Monitor incoming messages and comments
  6. Listen to conversations
  7. Run advertising
  8. Run competitions
  9. Create KPI reports
  10. Stay up to date with the latest developments
