Healthy Behaviors That could lower risk of Disease

Even the smallest of things that you don't think twice about in a day could help you prevent diseases
If you find yourself constantly on your devices or eating junk food, just changing a few things you'll be on a much healthier route

The most obvious one to stop, or avoid, is smoking or using any type of drugs

Another rather simple one, would be to get at least 60 minutes of exercise every day.

And to keep up a healthy diet could even keep you from getting common diseases

Sleeping for the recommended amount for your age group is a major key in staying healthy

So, if you wish to stay healthy and lower your chances of having a heart attack, then I definitely recommend doing those things. I'm sure you'll appreciate it in the long run too.
