1. When and Where to Meet
We are leaving on Monday, June 24th. We will meet at the old Chapel (1820 State Route 125, Across from Walmart) at 11:30am and hit the road by noon. Contact info is listed below.
2. When do we come back?
The camp schedule says that we leave at 11am on Friday the 28th. That should put us back to Amelia by about 2pm. We can have students call and text as we get closer to town to update parents on time of arrival.
3. Here's what to bring.....
Towels, pillows, blankets or sleeping bag.
Water Bottle to take during the day
Closed toed shoes (for outdoor activities)
Bible (real bible, not a bible app), Notepad, and Pen
Toothbrush, Shampoo, DEODERANT and other toiletries
Sun protection
Spending money for camp store (optional, see below)
Summer clothing (see dress code below)
4. What not to bring....
No alchohol, tobacco, fireworks, or firearms (duh)
No prank items. We will have enough fun without pranks.
No gaming systems.
No Skateboard or Heelies
5. Cell Phone Policy
Cell phones are to be used in emergency situations only. If you would like to send a cell phone with your child, make sure they know to leave it in their bag. No playing on phones during the day. Leaders cell number will be listed below should you need to get a hold of your child.
6. Housing
No girls in the guys dorms and no guys in the girls dorms
Curfew is 11pm every night except the last night which is 11:30pm
No going out after curfew at all
7. The No Purple Rule
Girls are pink and guys are blue. Don't make Purple! No PDA (Public Display of Affection)
8. Dress Code
No clothing with explicit or sexual words or images
No excessively short or tight fitting clothes
Modest shorts (should be about finger length when hands are at your front and back)
Closed toed shoes required for some activities and games. You can bring other shoes or sandals for around camp.
If swimming, wear a modest suit. Girls can have a one piece covered by a dark colored shirt. Guys can have a shorts style swimsuit with a dark colored shirt as well.
No spaghetti straps, sleeveless, open backs, or excessive cutout around the armpit (except for sleepwear).
No sagging pants, rolling of waistband, or wearing shorts or pants with lettering on the butt. No underwear showing at all.

Bring a grungy outfit (including socks) for a special activity.
9. Will I need money?
Sending students with money is completely optional. They can get by all week with none. There is however a camp store. At the store, Students can buy snacks, candy, and drinks during free time.
10. Medicines and Allergy info
All medicines will be held and administered by the camp nurse. Please make sure that Pastor Brent (Amelia) or Lisa Ackermann (Riverside) knows what medicine you are sending as well as the administering schedule. They will then relay that to the nurse.
