Custers last stand was on June 25, 1876 in the Battle of Little Bighorn. Custer was only 36 years old and born on December 5, 1839, in New Rumley,OH.

The Battle was fought by the Native American Lakota Sioux and Cheyenne warriors. Custer was unaware of how many Native Americans were fighting in the Battle and when they started to fight Custers forces were quickly outnumbered.

The Native Americans winning the Battle of Little Bighorn got the Americans very angry and the Native Americans more motivated to stop the wars.

The Native Americans had a tactic when Custer's troops shot their horses and made a walk for protection the Native Americans raised their bows and shot up and arrows rained down on the troops killing most of them.

Even though Custer sent a note for more troops and amo the Native Americans won the Battle.

The Native Americans were led by Cheifs Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull.

He was born in or near Black Hills of South Dakota. His fathers name was Crazy Horse and his mothers name was Rattle Blanket, Woman. They were members of the Oglala Band of the Lakota Sioux.

Chiefs Crazy Horse did not die in the Battle and lived until he died at Fort Robinson in 1877 by a soldiers bayonet.
