Native American mascots By Danial Hamm

My claim is that they should be allowed to use Native American mascots

Here is a Native American mascot.

Because they are not harming them or making fun of them. They are honoring them by using the mascots. They are representing them by showing toughest and determination and smarts. My support is that the Native Americans liked the names. Also they said it would be offensive if someone walked up to them and called the native Americans redskins.

They are representing them not making fun of them.

I also think they should be allowed because they are repersinting them. A Native American said he like the name because it honors us. My evidence is that they are proud of the names because it honors them.

It shows toughness and determination.
