Liberty University Students Need More Physical Exercise Emily Holmes

There is a type of exercise every person will enjoy.

Students who don't exercise will be more likely to catch sickness.

Students who don't exercise will miss more classes, assignments, and lectures because they won't recover from sickness and injuries quickly.

Students who do not exercise will be sleepy and less focused during the day.

Physical activity helps students to stay energized, have better mental health, and accomplish more with their time.
Physical activity keeps students healthy by helping them to relax and take away some of their academic anxiety.
