Drag Racing At Fontana Ca. Drag Racing Nationals Imports Vs Domestics and match race maddness Febuary 3-4

We left San Diego early Friday morning for quite an adventure for Pete Liebig Photography. It started out having to leave by 4 am to get to Fontana by 7 am. On the way up we struck a road hazard and destroyed two tires on the truck. Finally getting there we were excited to start shooting some classic race cars, fast motorcycles, and Imports. They were all getting ready for two days of racing. I didn't happen it started raining and didn't stop all day Friday. I turned out to be an excellent day to camp in a parking lot. Races got canceled until Saturday morning.

We got started racing about 9 am Saturday with time trials and some test and tunes. The show went on until 6 pm when it had to be shut down because of the loss of light. Everyone had a good time and got to see a lot of racing.
