The Sex Offender Registry is the first step. You cannot file with court until the certificate is returned to you.
While you wait for the certificate to be returned, you can complete the following forms. You will not know your judge's name or case number until after you file.
Once the Sex Offender Registry Certificate is returned, you can file the certificate and all other forms with the court.
