LIFT offers a variety of training types including HIIT, bootcamp, Kettlebells, Pilates, Yoga, and more. Most LIFT sessions are bodyweight based, but if you have equipment available, your coach can integrate it into your program.

Not with LIFT. You can decide to pay month-to-month and cancel at anytime, or pay on a per session basis with no upfront packages to buy. We have built a loyal following and client base by providing exceptional fitness services and results - without any unnecessary contracts.
LIFT session enables anyone access to LIVE fitness training with real coaches, in the comfort of their home.
Our sessions are on-demand, and can be done in classes with up to 12 members or, 1-1 personal training sessions.
