Postchat A weekly Twitter chat & 24/7 discussion tag for anyone in post production

What is Postchat?

PostChat is a weekly Twitter meeting of editors and post production professionals, enthusiasts, students, or just interested people. Everyone tweets using the hashtag #PostChat and talks about a number of post production topics, sometimes with special guests to talk with and interview. It's simple, informative, and a great way to connect with other post production folks all over the world. Plus, the #postchat tag on twitter often has conversations and interesting posts even if a chat isn't happening at the time. Keep scrolling for details on upcoming chats and how to get involved.

Get involved!

Remember that the PostChat community follows the tag even when we’re not in the chat, so if you can’t make it you’ll still be able to interact with everyone using the #Postchat hashtag (again, tchat.io is what I’d recommend).

This page will also be the central area to look for PostChat information. If you can’t make it to a chat, transcripts will always be available below shortly after the chats complete.

History

The creators of PostChat, including Jesse Averna, Tej Babra, and Gordon Burkell, would host the chat weekly at 6PM PST/ 9PM Eastern. They hosted #Postchat for years and built up the community that exists all over the world today. I hope that my efforts can help continue the great group they started.
